Tasks

• Actively act as a driver and working model for the department to continuously improve and maintain the current tool
• Act as a driving force and model for harmonisation with other Airbus programmes, such as Wide Body
• Support the Head of Business Management by monitoring, collecting data and proposing data analyses
• Support the Head of Portfolio Management by preparing the Portfolio Steering Committee
• Contributing to the further development of the business management toolset such as Google Sheets
• Creating transparency regarding costs and project status
• Supporting the department in risk and opportunity management

Qualification

• Completed studies in industrial engineering or economics
• Several years of professional experience in change management, controlling and project management, including resource and financial planning/management
• Sound knowledge of risk management and stakeholder management
• Expertise in big data management is an advantage
• IT user knowledge in Python and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Existing work permit for the EU
