Tasks

• Coordination and optimisation of development operations processes (IQ MOVE) for the entire division, both across divisions and within the LH Group
• Management and collaboration in projects on process and quality topics in development operations
• Advising and supporting the development departments of Lufthansa Technik (LHT) and the LH Group on operational issues
• Coordination, support and documentation of official audits for the development operations of LHT and the LH Group as well as monitoring the implementation of measures
• Processing and coordination of internal incidents (occurrences) in development operations
• Carrying out technical investigations and writing corresponding reports
• Developing, implementing and coordinating quality improvement measures
• Further development and maintenance of quality reports as well as qualification and authorisation concepts and the intranet for development operations
• Representation of quality issues within and outside LHT and vis-à-vis aviation authorities and committees, as well as participation in special tasks and projects

Qualification

• Completed studies in engineering or economics or comparable qualifications
• Extensive professional experience in quality management (ISO 9100) and development & production (EASA Part 21)
• Sound knowledge of the organisational structures and processes at Lufthansa Technik (LHT) and IQ MOVE
• Experience in process analysis methods and lean management
• Expertise in MS Office, MATRIX, eDoc and MINT/ELO
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Flexibility for domestic and international assignments as well as job-related further training
• Valid work permit for the EU
