Tasks

• Determination of static and dynamic loads for special aircraft configurations and operating ranges
• Carrying out linear aeroelastic simulations to optimise aircraft performance
• Development and analysis of multi-body dynamics for the precise calculation of ground loads
• Formulation of effective modelling strategies for the analysis of flight behaviour
• Support in the validation of aircraft models through ground and flight tests

Qualification

• Master's degree in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering
• Many years of professional experience in load calculation and aeroelasticity
• Experience in improving DLM through CFD and wind tunnel testing as well as supporting aircraft certification processes
• Experience with control systems and aeroelasticity is an advantage
• Profound expertise in the use of Nastran and scripting languages such as Python and Matlab
• Expertise in multi-body dynamics software such as Motion Solve and Adams is advantageous
• Fluency in English, additional languages such as German are a plus
• Existing work permit for the European Union
