Tasks

  • Evaluating and analysing process data to improve performance through KPI creation

  • Conception and moderation of performance dialogue events for effective communication

  • Analysing order processing weaknesses and developing efficiency strategies

  • Introduction of a new IT tool for engineering capacity planning with data provision

  • Strategic considerations for efficient tool procurement in large quantities

  • Space planning for organisational development (seating arrangements, shared desk concepts, furniture concepts)

  • Implementation and evaluation of employee surveys for continuous improvement

  • Support in the implementation of project management methods

Qualification

  • Completed university degree in business administration, controlling, industrial engineering or a similar specialisation

  • Professional mastery of Excel and databases as well as presentation techniques such as PowerPoint

  • Experience in project management

  • Expertise in working with ERP systems, especially SAP

  • Very good knowledge of the use of IT systems

  • Proficient in English

  • Willingness to travel for personal development and collaboration

  • Existing work permit for the EU
