Tasks

• Management of the IT department in terms of personnel, technical and organizational matters

• Assumption of budget responsibility

• Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of new IT technologies

• Providing IT support for the data center infrastructure

• Responsibility for monitoring, maintaining and further developing the data center systems to ensure IT security and smooth operation

• Coordinating collaboration with external partners and suppliers, including reviewing and negotiating contracts and monitoring their implementation

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science

• Several years of professional experience in the management of IT projects in a leading or supporting role as well as in various IT areas

• Extensive knowledge of virtualization, backup, storage, firewall and network infrastructure as well as Cisco NX-OS

• Certification in Microsoft client and server as well as Cisco in the area of network technology advantageous

• Proof of management experience

• Very good knowledge of German and English
