Tasks

  • Efficient management and optimisation of the Proximity Coordinator process (coordination of the transfer of duties for transnational teams)

  • Holistic planning and implementation of sub-projects: Structure plan creation, performance monitoring, scheduling, phase reviews, steering, comprehensive reporting and risk and opportunity management

  • Active communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration

  • Organising internal training courses, information events and workshops for the team

  • Supporting change management in the successful introduction of new processes and tools

Qualification

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration

  • Several years of experience in process planning and improvement

  • Initial knowledge of change management, project management, risk management and requirements and process analysis

  • User knowledge of Google Workspace and database skills

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
