Tasks

  • Comprehensive support of the entire HR process from recruitment to departure

  • First point of contact for all personnel-related matters

  • Preparation and implementation of monthly payroll accounting in compliance with legal regulations

  • Administration and maintenance of the time management system for efficient working time management

  • Individual advice on payroll, tax and social security law issues

  • Assessment of social security and tax law issues

  • Effective correspondence with health insurance funds, authorities and social security organisations

  • Careful master data maintenance for all supported employees

  • Support in personnel administration, including statistics, contract and certificate preparation and processing of travel expense reports

  • Participation in and management of projects

Qualification

  • Sound commercial training as a personnel administrator or further training as a payroll accountant, ideally with initial professional experience in payroll accounting

  • Excellent knowledge of the relevant legal provisions in tax, social security and labour law

  • Comprehensive user knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

  • Excellent German and good English skills

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
