Tasks

• Recruiting
  

• Responsibility for general administrative activities

• Management of temporary work in the company and cooperation with service providers

• Administration of time recording

• Handling social security enquiries and reports

• Coordination and implementation of secondments including reporting and deadline tracking

• Active participation in HR projects, such as the digital personnel file, onboarding, etc.

Qualification

• Successfully completed professional training as a personnel administrator, personnel specialist or comparable commercial training

• Several years of experience in recruiting

• Experienced user knowledge of MS Office

• Very good knowledge of German and English
