Tasks

• Creating commercial proposals and contracts for optimal business transactions
• Translate internal requirements and external guidelines into offers
• Ensure compliance with reviews and export clearance applications
• Leading contract negotiations with a focus on contractual provisions
• Support from Finance, Legal and other specialised functions
• Ensuring compliance with purchase contract terms and key milestones
• Management of payment processes in close coordination with Finance and Legal
• Claim and waiver management, monitoring of customer obligations and contract amendments, negotiation of remedial actions and support with contract close-out activities

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, international management, economics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in contract management
• Expertise in working with MS Office, Google Workspace and SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU
