Tasks

• Management of various IT projects and service changes (ERP, DMS, EDI, BI)

• Management of application support for business application services

• Creating meaningful reports on the status of projects and service delivery

• Cooperation with project participants and stakeholders

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in the field of IT

• Several years of experience in service or project management

• Interest in and quick understanding of business processes (technical and commercial)

• Very good written and spoken English skills
