Tasks

  • Linking the back office of non-European FALs with all internal Airbus departments and logistics service providers (LSPs) up to the front office of the logistics centres in Tianjin, China and the USA
  • Targeted development of the material flow processes for FAL-Asia and FAL-USA
  • Identification, design and implementation of measures to improve logistics processes
  • Active participation in the management of disruptions as well as in the procurement and delivery processes, including the provision of master data (origin information, prices and material properties as well as customs tariff numbers)
  • Monitoring of the return process of components and tools

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in supply chain or logistics
  • Alternatively, completed training as a forwarding agent with extensive professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of logistics and supply chain / logistics
  • Basic user knowledge in SAP and expertise in Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
