Tasks

  • Interface between production and maintenance to coordinate maintenance schedules and clarify all production issues

  • Creation, coordination and optimisation of maintenance plans for the autoclaves

  • Coordinating and commissioning external companies and instructing and monitoring them

  • Selecting suppliers, obtaining quotations and checking invoices

  • Timely project planning and implementation of measures for sustainable troubleshooting

  • Project planning and execution of special maintenance measures

  • Acceptance and specification testing of new systems

  • Ensuring maintenance expertise in the procurement of new industrial systems

  • Commissioning, scheduling and monitoring expert inspections for systems subject to mandatory testing as well as internal maintenance measures and maintenance plans

  • Analysing the repairability of components in terms of cost and time

  • Maintaining spare parts lists and working closely with spare parts management

  • Processing, maintenance and further development of higher-level central maintenance processes

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering or mechanical engineering

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of engineering, production planning/control and/or jigs & tools

  • Detailed user knowledge of SAP

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
