Tasks

• Management, control and coordination of the tasks and objectives of the Planning division

• Assuming disciplinary and technical responsibility for employees

• Responsibility for budget and resources

• Defining tasks and projects as well as coordinating and implementing processes for management

• Checking compliance with the defined specifications in relation to the tasks of the business unit, including reporting

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering, traffic engineering or comparable qualification

• Proven management and leadership skills in managerial or comparable positions

• Several years of professional experience in road construction management

• Expertise in the field of road construction

• Knowledge of road law, administrative law and construction law

• Experience with early public participation and the implementation of dialogue events

• Experience in project management and project-orientated action

• Very good knowledge of German

• Class B driving licence

• Willingness to drive a company car
