Tasks

• Effective management and creation of PERT/Gantt charts using the AVL2 tool

• Creation and validation of work distribution diagrams with AVL2 tool expertise

• Responsibility for standard line balancing (SLB) to activate production control (PPC)

• Creation of milestones in the network for monitoring shift targets

• Creation and optimisation of logistics clusters

• Efficiency optimisation through identification, analysis and reduction of white and red space

• Identification of the critical path in line balancing according to activities and continuous lead time optimisation

• Weekly management of Multi Functional Team rounds at the construction site with Self Organised Teams & Support functions and timely follow-up of open actions

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field of study

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing / production, production planning and control and quality management

• Very good knowledge of lean and process management as well as good expertise in project management

• Experience with AVL2 tool is mandatory

• In-depth user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Existing work permit for the EU
