Tasks

• Definition and update of installation processes for mechanical systems (Airbus Process Instructions)
• Workshop test management and support as part of system or structural standard part qualification
• Process management and approval of test reports
• Management and support of industrial improvement projects to increase efficiency, reliability and safety of current products
• Development and implementation of mechanical technologies for all plants and FALs
• Identify technology gaps and define projects for future industrial systems in collaboration with all plants, FALs and local MSI teams
• Co-development of the hydrogen distribution system for the ZEROe programme in collaboration with engineering and pipe manufacturers
• Definition, preparation and execution of assembly and installation trials

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering and mechanics in aviation
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Experience with the use of 3DX for process simulation as well as additional knowledge in the field of hydrogen technology is an advantage
• Initial user knowledge in Catia V5, expertise in Google Workspace is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the EU
