Tasks

• Independently plan and implement NC manufacturing processes on time for maximum efficiency

• Calculation of the workload for cooperation with external programming companies

• Effective fault management for troubleshooting between data pool and NC processing machine

• Introduction of new systems as key users with the involvement of the system house for smooth processes

• Creation of precise cost estimates in the area of NC machining for transparent budgeting

• Identification of potential for reducing product costs to improve profitability

• Continuous optimisation of machining processes by adapting post-processors, tools, cutting data and clamping devices

• Analysing error logs and supporting the implementation of solutions in the area of NC programming

Qualification

• Completed training as a state-certified technician, master craftsman or engineer

• Several years of professional experience in NC programming for comprehensive expertise

• Experience in CATIA V5 programming

• Mastery of other relevant software and tools to increase efficiency and productivity

• Team-orientated approach with strong communication skills for effective collaboration
