Tasks

• Creation and simulation of NC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centres with a modern CAM system

• Definition and fine-tuning of manufacturing processes in close cooperation with design, development, production and surface technology

• Continuous optimisation of existing programs and machining processes for maximum efficiency

• Development of detailed production and clamping plans for the precise realisation of work processes

• Active involvement in the introduction of new tools and machining strategies as well as competent training of employees

• Support in the implementation of new software solutions for a modern working environment

• Creation of precise calculations in the area of NC machining for transparent cost control

• Continuous optimisation of machining processes for increased efficiency and product quality

Qualification

• Completed training as a state-certified technician, master craftsman or engineer

• Several years of professional experience in NC programming for comprehensive expertise

• Experience in CATIA V5 programming

• Mastery of other relevant software and tools to increase efficiency and productivity

• Team-orientated approach with strong communication skills for effective collaboration
