Tasks

  • Specialisation in comprehensive inspections of aircraft, their components and parts

  • Application of advanced non-destructive testing methods such as ET, UT, RT, PT, and MT to ensure the integrity and safety of aircraft

  • Precise identification of material flaws, irregularities and defects using specialised NDT test methods

  • Careful documentation of test results to ensure the highest safety standards and to support maintenance decisions

  • Professional adjustment and calibration of test equipment in accordance with the latest regulations and standards for reliable test results in non-destructive material testing

  • Experienced contact person for customers and authorities in the field of non-destructive material testing

  • Provide expert advice and detailed test reports to fulfil compliance requirements

Qualification

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training with aircraft experience

  • Experience as a materials tester or structural mechanic

  • Level 1-2 certificates in ET, UT, RT, PT and MT

  • User knowledge of MS Office

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Colour vision and willingness to work in assembly and shifts

  • Existing work permit for the EU
