Tasks

• Strategic conception, planning and management of all marketing measures to achieve the company's goals
• Developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Creating engaging marketing materials and content, including copy for websites, blog posts and social media posts
• Analysis and evaluation of marketing activities to continuously optimise the marketing strategy and measures

Qualification

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - gerne mit Agenturerfahrung
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Umfassende Kenntnisse in Social Media, Blogging und Content Creation
• Grafisches Gespür und Fähigkeiten in Designprojekten sowie Erfahrung in Fotografie und Videoproduktion
• Kenntnisse in der Website-Pflege, idealerweise mit WordPress
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C-Niveau)
• Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Freude am Auftreten vor der Kamera und Affinität zu Social Media
• Gesunde natürliche Autorität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
