Tasks

  • Taking over the support of employees (induction, departure, creation and administration of employment contracts)
  • Planning and implementing recruiting measures and activities and organizing recruiting events and professional applicant management
  • Coordinating and supporting the professional development of employees through targeted training management
  • Clarification of personnel-related issues and careful management of personnel master data
  • Efficient communication with social insurance providers, authorities, external institutions and business partners as well as collaboration with the works council
  • Organisation of internal company events and responsibility for fleet management
  • Issuing and maintaining personnel-related documents, ensuring document compliance
  • Creating precise overviews, evaluations and statistics to optimise HR processes
  • Active involvement in HR projects and efficient coordination of temporary staff

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, HR management or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial practical experience in a comparable HR function, for example through relevant internships
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Existing work permit that allows employment within the European Union
