  • Management and support in the recruitment of external employees
  • Efficient management of business-critical requirements
  • Contact person for HR managers, HR business partners, procurement and other internal stakeholders
  • Working with brokers, suppliers and temp agencies in close coordination with Procurement
  • Managing requests and interaction regarding recruitment procedures, process control, actions and delivery times
  • Conducting market research for new requests, renewals and amendments
  • Coordinating framework agreement call-offs, aligning with benchmark rates and coordinating negotiations
  • Management of call-offs and creation of purchase orders


  • Completed training as a personnel services clerk or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the placement of service and temporary contracts
  • Sound legal and compliance knowledge of contingent labor and contract types
  • Experience in results-oriented work (meeting deadlines, preparing information for management)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Valid work permit for the EU
