Tasks

  • Design of manufacturing processes and definition of the optimal industrial process flow

  • Creation and updating of work plans and instructions as well as development of manufacturing concepts

  • Initiation of feedback loops and participation in the continuous improvement of the manufacturing environment in relation to the design definition

  • Validation of engineering specifications (dossiers) and confirmation of industrial feasibility

  • Participation in the daily production rounds and close coordination with the manufacturing and technical support teams

  • Definition of requirements for tools and machines as part of industrial development and responsibility for implementation in the production environment

  • Responsibility for the integrated manufacturing dossier (technical engineering information, quality control and measurement tasks, components and parts, fixtures and tools, maintenance tasks, work safety specifications and times)

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical studies

  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, design, line side support and project management

  • Knowledge of change management, lean management and process management

  • Confident handling of MS Office and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
