Procurement of essential products for the smooth operation of the company
Evaluation of suppliers based on key criteria such as price, quality and service
Efficient procurement of goods and services
Preparation and solicitation of quotations taking into account various aspects
Building strong relationships with key suppliers
Active monitoring of orders from suppliers
Central point of contact for internal customers regarding delivery dates and order status
Careful validation of invoices and clarification of discrepancies
Resolving non-compliant delivery issues
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Good knowledge of purchasing processes and requirements
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is required
Experience with BI is advantageous
Knowledge of German and English is mandatory, knowledge of French is desirable
Existing work permit for the EU
