Tasks

  • Design of the manufacturing and inspection flow using the 5M approach

  • Creation of Electronic Work Instructions (EWIs) and work plans with visualisation of production processes, operations and planned times

  • Support in analysing the First Article Inspection

  • Carrying out measurement system analyses (MSA) with a statistical process control (SPC) approach for implemented processes

  • Checking technical documents for optimal feasibility and implementing changes as required

  • Creation of the industrial verification dossier (DVI) and derivation of the control plan with a focus on design and process key characteristics

  • Definition of the manufacturing bill of materials including material master maintenance

  • Support with risk management, in particular via PFMEA

  • Technical support with product and quotation preparation for internal and external processes

  • Participation in the design to cost analysis and development of technical proposals for manufacturing processes, jigs & tools and process flow

  • Introduction and implementation of changes from engineering and integration

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or production planning or comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, risk management, procedural processes and technical documentation

  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3, CATIA and TeamCenter

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
