Tasks

  • Detailed review and revision of existing work plans to ensure current process steps and procedures
  • Evaluation of change requests (TeamCenter) and quality reports (SAP) to derive necessary changes
  • Evaluation of the criticality of change requests and documentation of all necessary adjustments
  • Detailed inspection and review of parts lists, including components and documents, to ensure correct components
  • Ensuring an optimal sequence of process steps and updating standard processes
  • Detailed description and documentation of the necessary assembly and inspection steps
  • Maintaining material master data in SAP and actively supporting the change process, including participation in change boards
  • Integration and tracking of actions from scales and quality notifications in the work plans

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or production planning or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, risk management, procedural processes and technical documentation
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Office, SAP PAS, CATIA and TeamCenter
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
