Tasks

• Ensuring the entire production process for the manufacture of high-quality products

• Execution of production orders on schedule

• Planning the deployment of personnel in the production areas

• Responsibility for the creation, implementation and process optimisation of initiatives and projects in production

• Increasing efficiency and process stability in production

• Application of methods and approaches for the continuous improvement of the production process

• Reviewing the need for projects in production and developing a cost-benefit analysis

• Preparation and implementation of projects as well as documentation and validation of the project

Qualification

• Successfully completed degree in engineering or food technology

• ALTERNATIVELY completed vocational training as a master craftsman, technical business economist or food technician

• Sound business management knowledge and confident application of operational excellence methods

• Very good IT skills (ideally also MS Project), SAP knowledge desirable
