Tasks

• Ensure a smooth production flow to produce high quality products

• On-time fulfilment of production orders

• Efficient planning of personnel deployment in the production areas

• Responsibility for the development, implementation and optimisation of initiatives and projects in production

• Increasing the efficiency and stability of production processes

• Application of proven methods for the continuous improvement of production processes

• Reviewing project requirements in production and preparing cost-benefit analyses

• Preparation, implementation and comprehensive documentation as well as validation of projects

Qualification

• Successful studies in engineering or food technology

• OR completed vocational training as a master craftsman, technical business economist or food technician

• Sound business management knowledge and confident use of operational excellence methods

• Excellent IT skills, ideally also in MS Project, with desirable SAP skills
