Tasks

• Assume responsibility for continuous improvements, including missing parts management, production order updates, fixture and tooling maintenance

• Efficient implementation of work order management for external tasks

• Ensuring proactive escalation of recurring challenges and requesting targeted support

• Merging the Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP & OSW roles to promote continuous improvement routines in the production team

• Effective management of support capacities to ensure smooth processes in production

Qualification

• Degree in engineering or a comparable technical degree

• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production and manufacturing engineering with expertise in production planning and control

• Additional expertise in process optimisation

• Practical skills in the use of Google Workspace are an advantage

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts

• Valid work permit for the European Union
