For our renowned client in the aviation industry in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated Project Employee. In this responsible role, your flexibility and focus on excellent customer service are required. Tasks

  • Strategic participation in tenders in close cooperation with relevant teams and stakeholders
  • Carrying out feasibility analyses and well-founded preparation of project cost calculations
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and project objectives for efficient project progression
  • Proactive monitoring of project progress to ensure quality and target achievement
  • Identifying and providing the necessary technical and human resources
  • Preparation and management of invoicing, including purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Acting as a central interface between team leaders, project management and operations management
  • Apply QSE standards and health and safety regulations to ensure project safety and compliance

Qualification

  • Successful completion of a degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable degree programme
  • Several years of professional experience in leading technical projects and team management
  • Comprehensive expertise in aircraft construction, mechanics, manufacturing and control processes
  • Specific know-how and experience in the aviation industry
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Work permit for the EU available
