Tasks

  • Management and implementation of logistics and warehouse operations engineering projects

  • Transformation of the local Warehouse Management System into a common Airbus Warehouse Management System with focus on inbound and outbound processes

  • Improvement of productivity

  • Definition, development and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts with focus on warehouse management

  • Ensuring transparent "one-touch" and simple logistics in Germany

  • Significant contribution to increasing the delivery readiness of logistics flows and warehousing activities

  • Functional management of a cross-functional project team as well as definition, establishment and empowerment of the project team and organizations during all project phases, including employees from other departments (matrix organization)

  • Coordination and independent responsibility for mission rate readiness with focus on main warehouse and warehouse operations

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, international management or supply chain / logistics

  • Several years of professional experience in IT / information systems, supplier management and supply chain / logistics

  • Basic knowledge of KAIZEN and CIP for continuous improvement processes

  • User knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
