Tasks

• Management, leadership and further development of the department

• Participation in project planning and in the development of the technical roadmap

• Responsibility for product development, analyses, strategic orientation of the department and implementation of projects

• Collaboration and coordination with development partners

• Responsibility for compliance with and further development of internal processes

• Planning and preparation of the annual department budget

Qualification

• Successfully completed technical training (FH, TU) in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar

• Several years of experience in the management of highly qualified employees

• Knowledge in the field of combustion engines is an advantage

• Business fluent in German and English

• Process-oriented all-rounder with leadership and negotiating skills
