Tasks

• Management and organisation of projects, including setting up effective project organisations
• Development and implementation of procedural, process and industrialisation concepts
• Carrying out project realisation with active interface management and representation on various committees
• Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress in the areas of quality, technology, costs and deadlines
• Technical and commercial handover of completed projects to the customer
• Communicative interface to internal and external stakeholders
  

Qualification

• Completed university degree in project management, engineering, business administration or economics
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing, production, aerospace and manufacturing engineering
• Expertise in project management, process optimisation, risk management and stakeholder management
• Experience in the industrialisation of production technologies desirable
• User knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluency in German and English for international negotiations
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Existing work permit for the European Union
