Tasks

• Implementation and optimisation of project portfolio management
• Support and further development of existing project management standards
• Creation and implementation of training concepts
• Managing projects and supporting project managers
• Creation of a knowledge database and standardisation of project processes
• Monitoring compliance with cost, delivery and quality targets in project management
• Preparation and presentation of management reports
• Continuous further development of work processes and ensuring the implementation of process changes
• Definition, introduction, monitoring and optimisation of performance targets, key figures and quality standards

Qualification

• Degree in the field of (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Very good knowledge of project and process management
• Expertise in infrastructure and operating resources is an advantage
• Very good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office, JIRA, SAP and Wiki
• Business fluent in English
• Willingness to work at home and abroad
• Work permit for the EU available
