Tasks

• Conception, coordination and implementation of tailor-made solutions for process optimisation, structural digitalisation and organisational development, aligned with strategic programmes and objectives

• Effective coordination and interface function for overarching topics to ensure a smooth flow of information between specialist teams and internal and external stakeholders

• Development and implementation of transformation and digitalisation initiatives, with a particular focus on the introduction of agile organisational and working methods

• Designing and further developing tools and methods to increase transparency and control options

• Implementation of processes and concepts for quality assurance to ensure continuous improvement

• Building up expertise and promoting knowledge transfer within the company

Qualification

• Completed degree or proven equivalent qualifications in individual cases

• Several years of professional experience in project management, process management and organisational development

• Good knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships as well as internal processes and interrelationships

• Business fluent in English

• Existing work permit for the EU
