Tasks

• Procurement of essential products for the smooth operation of the company
• Evaluation of suppliers based on key criteria such as price, quality and service
• Efficient procurement of goods and services
• Preparation and solicitation of quotations taking into account various aspects
• Building strong relationships with key suppliers
• Active monitoring of orders from suppliers
• Central point of contact for internal customers regarding delivery dates and order status
• Careful validation of invoices and clarification of discrepancies
• Resolving non-compliant delivery issues

Qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes and requirements
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is required
• Experience with BI is advantageous
• Knowledge of German and English is mandatory, knowledge of French is desirable
• Existing work permit for the EU
