Tasks

• Ensure compliance with construction document requirements and detailed development of test plans
• Contact person for all FAI-related (First Article Inspection) issues and coordination with relevant departments
• Responsibility for the identification and correction of deviations during the FAI process
• Preparation and moderation of the FAI kick-off with a multifunctional team from engineering, manufacturing, production and quality assurance
• Determination and implementation of suitable methods for validation of manufacturing processes and programme release
• Review and evaluation of existing FAI reports to ensure conformity and quality
• Defining and implementing suitable measurement methods and tools for specific FAI activities
• Create and present reports on FAI performance metrics

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field computer science, engineering or quality management
• Alternatively, completed technical vocational training with a qualification at least as a technician or business administrator
• Several years of professional experience in quality management
• Preferred expertise in First Article Inspection (FAI) as well as knowledge and experience with B-Flow and Norm Master an advantage
• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office, SAP and preferably experience with G Suite
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Work permit for the EU available
