Tasks

  • Ensuring product quality and product-related activities through technical inspections during the production of the aircraft in the manufacturing plant

  • Release of components for the further production process (construction deviation management)

  • Creation, scheduling and closure of non-conformities (e.g. construction deviations and complaint sheets)

  • Carrying out trouble shoots (troubleshooting)

  • Issuing technical instructions in the area of quality to production employees and providing technical support to authorised inspection personnel

  • Training and induction of new authorised inspectors as well as determination and acceptance of work samples

  • Implementation and visualisation of PPS activities and analysis of quality problems using PPS methods for problem solving

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering or mechanical engineering

  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace and quality assurance

  • Expertise in lean management

  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP required, expertise in Google Workspace desirable

  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills

  • Willingness to work in shifts

  • Existing work permit in the EU
