Tasks

  • Procurement and review of test plans and drawing documents, taking into account the run card to identify discrepancies

  • Monitoring and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment to ensure its reliability

  • Planning and recording efficient test sequences for economical execution

  • Interpreting customer requirements, regulations and applicable standards for precise implementation

  • Adaptation of components as required for optimum results

  • Independent delivery of individual parts and small assemblies to the customer for a smooth process

  • Documenting and analysing test results for quality assessment

  • Forwarding defective components and assemblies with detailed error description for reworking

Qualification

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training with a qualification as a technician or business administrator

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace or comparable qualification

  • Knowledge of first article inspection, hardness testing and the use of hand-held measuring equipment

  • Expertise in machining desirable

  • Experienced user knowledge of CATIA V5 and MS Office, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Team player with strong quality awareness
