• Completeness check of job requirements for optimal applicant selection

• Advertise early career positions for promising talents

• Efficient handling of the recruitment process for a smooth start of work

• Pre-screening of applications to identify suitable candidates

• Fast forwarding of applicant documents to the relevant departments

• Applicant management and verification of required documents such as residence permits and exmatriculation

Qualification

• Successful degree in business administration or economics

• Alternatively, completed vocational training as a personnel officer or comparable commercial training with many years of professional experience

• Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector or in human resources
  

• Experience in recruiting required
  

• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace

• Business fluent in German and English

• Existing work permit for the EU
