Tasks

  • Support the manager in all administrative matters and administrative tasks
  • Independent organisation of the office, including scheduling and monitoring of appointments
  • Managing correspondence in German and English
  • Planning, organisation and invoicing of business trips, including flight, hotel and vehicle reservations
  • Planning, coordinating and organising conferences and meetings, as well as looking after guests
  • Carrying out purchase requisitions, contract call-offs and rebookings in SAP R/3
  • Creating, designing and updating presentation documents, overviews and statistics
  • Taking on special tasks and working on projects

Qualification

  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification or equivalent qualification
  • First professional experience in secretarial tasks
  • Secretarial skills for the management
  • Preferably experience with typical secretarial processes at LHT (e.g., BTM, orders)
  • Excellent IT knowledge and application skills, especially in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good command of English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
