Management of the programme repeat process for the IPT area on behalf of the IPTL
Setting, adjusting and documenting project objectives throughout the IPT development cycle
Evaluating project and programme impacts with clear recommendations
Representing the IPTL and advising on technical decisions for impacts and risks
Ensuring the translation of project goals into realisable sprint deliverables
Managing project managers and scrum masters for effective delivery
Facilitating meetings such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Responsibility for developing, managing and monitoring the schedule
Early warning of undelivered parts and identification of cross-IPT issues
Completed university degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering) or relevant technical experience
Many years of experience in project management, preferably in the complex aerospace industry
Participation in at least one aircraft development programme, preferably E-VTOL, over the entire project life cycle
Proven leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams
Practical expertise in various project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches such as SAFE and SCRUM
Comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals, including scheduling, risk management, cost estimation, communication and resource management
Experience in battery cell projects is an advantage
User knowledge of JIRA is desirable
Business fluent English, German an advantage
Existing work permit for the EU
