Tasks

• Identification and evaluation of international suppliers in the aerospace and plant engineering sectors for optimal procurement

• Negotiation of contracts for competitive conditions

• Working closely with various departments to ensure quality standards

• Monitoring and optimising the entire supply chain to ensure smooth supply

• Continuous market analyses to identify trends and developments in aerospace and plant engineering

• Preparation of cost analyses and reports for transparent budgeting

• Ongoing development of the procurement strategy for sustainable corporate development

Qualification

• Completed studies in economics, engineering or similar fields

• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in aerospace or plant engineering

• Sound expertise in procurement processes, supply chain management and contract negotiations

• Business fluent in written and spoken English

• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally for supplier visits and business meetings
