Selection of suitable subcontractors taking into account all legal and operational regulations
Identification of new subcontractor activities, based on the needs of all faculties in the area of quality
Creation and coordination of service descriptions within Quality for the commissioning of the planned work packages
Joint management with Purchasing of the end-to-end management of subcontractor activities, from contract to delivery and subsequent finalisation of contracts
Proactively monitor subcontractor performance to ensure that quality, on-time delivery and cost meet requirements
Handling risks and discrepancies with subcontractors
Perform root cause analysis and mitigation measures to minimise impact and prevent recurrence
Seeking strategic opportunities to create economic benefits in the supply chain and identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation
Successfully completed studies or economics or a comparable technical degree
Several years of professional experience in the areas of project and quality management
Detailed user knowledge of MS Office
Business fluent in German and English
Existing work permit for the EU
