Tasks

• Liaising between internal procurement team and supplier team for all matters relating to delivered goods and parts

• Creating and sending required notifications and communications for internal and external customers at a set frequency (daily, weekly or monthly)

• Checking and processing complaints as required for delivered goods and parts

• Generating goods receipt confirmations in SAP for parts received from suppliers and confirming compliance with internal quality standards

• Preparation and coordination of cycle numbers according to internal guidelines in co-operation with internal functions

• Control of issued inventory to production or sub-levels

Qualification

• Completed industrial or commercial training, e.g. warehouse logistics specialist

• Relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks

• Confident user knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel and good expertise in SAP

• Good knowledge of English

• Valid driving licence

• Ability to lift and carry boxes and weights up to at least 10 kg

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Present work permit for the EU
