Tasks

  • Coordination, control and monitoring of logistics activities

  • Management and prevention of logistics disruptions

  • Ensuring the appropriate use and monitoring of logistics resources

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of various distribution solutions

  • Implementation and support for practical problem solving and continuous process optimization

  • Monitoring the inventory of logistics resources and material movements

  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs

  • Responsibility for optimal warehouse utilization (inbound, outbound, return)

  • Adapting distribution solutions and ensuring data management

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a forwarding agent or a commercial apprenticeship

  • ALTERNATIVE: completed studies in the field of technology, business administration or supply chain / logistics

  • Several years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain

  • Knowledge of the aerospace industry desirable

  • Detailed user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German and French advantageous

  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

  • Existing work permit for the EU
