Tasks

• Definition and optimisation of transport processes for maximum efficiency
• Establishing and maintaining company networks, including ASA and Airbus GmbH
• Implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• IT customisation and integration with a focus on transport apps
• Analysing and improving all transport processes to increase productivity
• Management of inbound and outbound transports to achieve service level targets
• Developing new processes in collaboration with management to achieve service excellence
• Coordination of transport flows between different Airbus locations
• Implementation of controlling measures for service providers and effective complaint management

Qualification

• Successful completion of a degree in supply chain / logistics or economics with a qualification as a technician or business administrator
• Alternatively, completed vocational training as a forwarding agent with extensive practical experience
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of customer service, supplier management, supply chain / logistics and transport
• Expertise in Google Workspace applications
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Flexibility for quarterly business trips within Europe
• Existing work permit for the EU
