Tasks

• Active participation in the introduction of new products (NPI) through extensive collaboration

• Review and ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Efficiently capture and manage order data in the ERP system

• Analysing delays and prioritising urgent actions for assembly lines and customer support

• Managing short and long-term operational action plans, including retrofit delays, missing parts and logistics optimisation

• Daily monitoring of supply chain performance (inbound, workshop areas, internal transport, dispatch) with conflict resolution

• Co-operation with suppliers and cross-functional departments for preventive and corrective actions

• Advancing the return logistics processes

• Creation of inventory overviews and implementation of action plans for capacity utilisation management

• Carrying out supplier evaluations, selection processes and risk assessments

• Optimisation and review of the entire supply chain

• Coordination with relevant stakeholders for holistic cooperation

Qualification

• Completed studies inthe field of industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain / logistics or supply chain quality

• Alternatively, successful vocational training as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk or commercial training, each with extensive professional experience

• Many years of expertise in scheduling, material procurement, purchasing and supplier management

• Experience in logistics and in the aerospace industry is advantageous

• Basic knowledge of change management, project and process management

• Proficient in SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage

• Business fluent in German and English

• Willingness to travel on business

• Valid work permit for the EU
