Tasks

  • Reviewing and ensuring order processing

  • Receiving and managing data related to order placement in the ERP system.

  • Analysing delays & prioritising urgencies according to assembly line and customer support needs

  • Managing short and long term operational action plans

  • Ensure daily monitoring of supply chain performance and ensure resolution of conflicts 

  • Driving repatriation logistics operations

  • Providing an overview of inventory levels and implementing action plans with suppliers to manage utilisation levels

  • Conduct supplier evaluation including selection process and risk assessment

  • Optimising and reviewing supply chains

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a businessman / businesswoman with many years of professional experience, ideally in the field of industry or forwarding.

  • ALTERNATIVELY completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain / logistics or supply chain quality

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of scheduling / material procurement, purchasing, supplier management and supply chain

  • Experience in the field of logistics as well as aerospace is advantageous

  • Basic knowledge of change management, project and process management

  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous

  • Proficiency in German and English

  • Work permit for the EU available
