Tasks

• Managing the comprehensive system administration of Dynamics 365 environments, from maintenance to security administration

• Development and implementation of disaster recovery strategies

• Monitoring release and change management processes

• Coordination and implementation of system upgrades and database updates

• Taking the key role in monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance

• Monitoring integrations with internal and external systems

• Ensuring access and security for all users

• First point of contact for technical challenges and finding and implementing solutions in close collaboration with Microsoft and other partners 

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or information systems management

• Many years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics system administrator (AX 2012 and D365)

• Sound knowledge of system testing, security and application integration

• Deep technical familiarity with D365 system administration, configuration, Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure

• Fluency in German and English.

• Excellent analytical skills, a strong problem-solving ability and the ability to share knowledge and act as a mentor
