Tasks

• Responsibility for the management and organisation of the team during the shift

• Personnel deployment planning in close cooperation with the management

• Assigning tasks, monitoring work performance and resolving conflicts

• Ensuring that all required tasks are completed during the shift

• Setting priorities, allocating resources and coordinating activities

• Monitoring processes, maintaining quality standards and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Ensuring effective communication within the team and conducting meetings or handovers

• Recording production figures, labour times, quality checks and other relevant information

• Ensuring safety in the workplace

• Operating and loading machines and equipment as well as maintaining, servicing and cleaning machines

• Responsibility for line documentation

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience

• Confident handling of MS Office and experience in SAP desirable

• Willingness to work shifts

• Team player with flexibility, a reliable, independent and committed way of working and physical resilience
