• Effective capacity planning to maximise the performance of the design team

• Strategic expansion and continuous maintenance of a strong supplier network

• Accurate assessment of workloads for efficient resource allocation

• Systematic determination of progress in construction for transparent project implementation

• Holistic scheduling across various projects for optimal utilisation of resources

Qualification

• Successfully completed degree or technician qualification in mechanical engineering or mechatronics

• Several years of professional experience with management responsibility

• Experience in team and project management

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good written and spoken English skills
